I have a 2001 Lincoln Continental, and I love it. Found it in 2016 and it was in excellent shape at the perfect price. As with anything man made, there will be flaws. I found that the rear air bag suspension will develop a 'deflation' issue at some point in its life, and mine was no exception. Basically, the back end will lose air pressure, mine was overnights, and the rear of vehicle will fall down slowly. Mine would stay up during the day, so that bought me time, but when I was ready to permanently fix the problem, my research said these coil spring conversion kits were the way to go. I have a friend who an ACE certified auto tech who owns his own shop, and he installed them last week. With a life and floor stand jack, it took him less than an hour to make the swap. The height of back end is now factory again and you can't tell the difference in the feel of the drive while going down the road. Everything's perfect, and installation went off 'without a hitch.' I fully recommend this product and the procedure for doing so. If you're going to try it yourself, you WILL need spring compressors or something equivalent. I was prepped to do it, and got under the vehicle to inspect that process, including watching several youtubes on the subject, but having experience at such things, I decided putting it on the lift would be the fastest and safest thing to do, which was the right call. No one should charge you more than ONE hour's labor to do this job, and if they have experience it shouldn't take more than 30 to 40 minutes, tops. 5 stars for this product. Product was delivered on time, all needed parts and instructions included, and the price was fine. P.S. This product was perfect, but I wrecked the car only one month after the installation. That's life. ;)
